We aim to ensure that all our customers receive the level of service that they want. Some owners will prefer to look after their fish themselves; other have neither the time nor the inclination to do so, and just want a turnkey service where we do all the work. Others may not even want the responsibility of ownership.

That is why we have created a range of services to suit a variety of needs, and we are reasonably confident that we can cover all eventualities. The main options are whether to lease or purchase, and whether to do the maintenanceyourself or not, but we also provide a range of ad hoc services aimed at making fish keeping in general an easier and more pleasurable experience.
