Why get an aquarium?

What are the benefits to you and those around you? Or put quite simply, what's in it for me? This is a question that surely deserves an answer. The obvious answer, and one that most people initially think of is, why not? After all, they do look great!

Reminders - you will find that visitors will remember 'that place with the fish tank' over your nearest competitor, and why not? What does the competition offer its customers while they wait?
